Nel biologico tutto è cominciato con una piccola fetta dei nostri campi, destinata alle colture ortive per l’industria della surgelazione. Incoraggiati dai buoni risultati, abbiamo mano mano aumentato la superficie di coltura, oggi di oltre 120 ettari, dotandoci di un impianto produttivo all’avanguardia. Oggi Ortobìo Val Tavo è garanzia di un prodotto genuino, lavorato con cura vicino ai luoghi di raccolta per mantenere inalterate le preziose caratteristiche nutrizionali e di gusto. Genuinità che va di pari passo con importanti certificazioni che tutelano l’ambiente e i dipendenti, muscoli e cuore della nostra azienda. Il percorso è collaudato, artigianale nel senso migliore: superato l’esame delle nostre tavole, i prodotti vengono lavorati, confezionati, spediti velocemente in tutta Italia grazie ad un’elevata efficienza dei trasporti. In the organic world everything began with a small slice of our elds, devoted to orchard products for the freezing industry. Encouraged by good results, we have increased the cultivation area, currently over 100 hectares, with a state-of-the-art production plant. Today Ortobio Val Tavo is a guarantee of a genuine product, carefully processed nearby the harvesting sites to keep the nutritional and taste characteristics intact. Genuineness that goes hand in hand with important certi cations, which protect the environment and the employees and represent the muscles and the heart of our company. The route is proven, craftsman in the best sense: after passing the severe exams on our tables, the products are processed, packaged and dispatched quickly throughout Italy thanks to a high transport ef ciency.
